Cameras: 2 digital cameras can be borrowed for 1 week; a FHD 1080P for Kids and beginning photograhpers and a Sony 6400 for teens/adults and experienced photographers.
Chromebooks Galway Public Library has 5 Chromebooks: Acer Chromebook 713. Can be used while in the library. Ask the desk clerk and provide your library card.
Slim portable optical drive: can be used for all kinds of compact or external applications. Is a plug and play disc burning and disc playing solution that you can use with a USB port. Can be used while in the library. Ask the desk clerk and provide your library card.
E reading Devices:
Kindles Galway Public Library has two kindle e-reading devices: the kindle touch 3G and the Kindle Keyboard. They are available for patron loan.
Nooks The Barnes and Noble Black and White E ink and Color nook is available for Galway patron loan. Please review our nook user guide.
