HOW TO APPLY FOR A LIBRARY CARD
Come to the library and fill out an application form to get a permanent library card, or you can obtain a temporary card on-line through SALS. This temporary card will give you full access, but you will have only 60 days to complete your registration at a member library and pick up your card in person before your account will be expired.
- Photo ID with current address OR photo ID and another document that shows proof of address must be presented at time of application.
- Individuals ages 12 and under require parental permission.
Checkout limits are 45 items.
You may use your card at the Galway Public Library and at any library in the following counties, subject to individual library policies: Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Washington, and Warren Counties.
