We have a new Smart Board at the Library. It is an interactive whiteboard with a touch screen. By touching the Smart Board, the user is able to click on buttons, highlight text and drop and drag items right from the Smart Board. The Smart Board can be connected to the computer either wireless or through cables. Thank you to Jon Ben Snow Foundation and Memorial Trust for the board and a portion of the stand. The remaining portion of the stand was paid for by J.M. Mc Donald Foundation Inc.
This equipment is available in our Program room for non-profit organizations or community events during the Library’s normal operating hours.

Special Areas & Interests
- Copies of the Galway school yearbooks from 2015 back to 1942. The copies are on CD, and can be viewed at the library any time we are open.
- A Galway Historical Collection. Please check out the Galway Preservation Society website for more details.
- An Artist of the month display
- Call for Artists!
- Are you interested in being a part of our free monthly “Artist of the Month” display at the Library?
- Sign up, and when it’s your month, you will bring in 10-30 (depending on size) ready-to-hang pieces of art to be displayed in the library’s Main Entry area and Program Room. There is no fee or payment involved, and the library will not handle any sales, but you are welcome to coordinate with any patrons who may be interested in purchasing your work. This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent to the community!

- Need something notarized? We can help! There is a Notary at the library during most of our open hours.
- Technical Assistance: Our Technical Clerk is available every Wednesday 2:00-8:00 PM
- Photography Assistance: If you have any questions on photography, please stop by between 5:30-6:00 on the last Wednesday, during our monthly club meeting. We have experts available to answer any photography questions.
