The Concord Review is a journal which publishes exemplary essays by high school students studying history. Some of the best essays from the printed journal are published on this website. This is the online presence of the print magazine Teen Voices, which is all “about girls being themselves and realizing their potential.” It contains articles from the magazine — all written by teens — on topics as varied as culture, sexual abuse, being a twin, and being yourself.

Canadian youth ages 13-19 contribute to this quarterly online lit mag with their poetry, fiction, and visual art. The editor looks only for submissions from Canadians, but that doesn’t mean teens from the rest of the world can’t enjoy it.

This zine of poetry, prose, plays, and articles was started in 1997 by a teen girl who wanted to see what other teens were writing. Still going strong, Xenith has all of its issues archived on the site, and is constantly adding new content. See what teens and college students are writing, submit your own work, hang out on the message boards to meet writers from all over the world, and follow links to other cool writing sites. “No topic or style of writing is off-limits,” writes the editor. “We publish, poetry, fiction, nonfiction, plays, essays, rants, experimental writing, and everything in between.”
